The high quality of our products is a source of pride for the entire country. But it all begins in the fields and on farms. The countryside produces the main thing—raw materials: grain, meat, milk, vegetables, fruits. Food security lies in the hands of farmers. And in recent years, also a substantial share of Belarusian exports, a considerable $10 billion.

This year's harvest was special. And not only because of a record yield. Looking at the situation of recent years, it becomes obvious that further growth in the efficiency of agricultural production is increasingly dependent on the human factor. Competent management, strict technological and labor discipline, quality of personnel, decent work motivation. And what methods of increasing efficiency exist in the agro-industrial complex in general?

The harvest is still ongoing, and it is all the more valuable for farmers that during this busy time they were recognized by the Head of State. "Kozlovichi-Agro" sets benchmarks not only in its own Slutsk region, but across the entire central region.

Increasing year after year when you are already among the leaders is no easy task. But they manage to do it in both crop farming and livestock farming. Here they adhere to the principle: to grow, you need to build! And not just plans, but new farms.

The "Tikhinichi" farm is among the country's largest milk producers and is regularly recognized with high state awards, including the President's Letters of Gratitude. But here, production indicators are not seen as an end in itself: a strong enterprise becomes a resource for the development of the territory where its employees and their families live. This approach also extends to preserving spiritual values—for example, the farm repaired the roof of the local church and installed new domes.

Today in Tikhinichi, almost every element of daily life is integrated into this development system. Paved streets, modern houses, a functioning housing and utilities system—these basic conditions are complemented by infrastructure for education, sports, and recreation. An outpatient clinic and a hotel, a stadium and a tennis court, a fitness and wellness complex with gyms.

This model also has a positive effect on demographics. High earnings in agriculture combined with a developed social sphere make Tikhinichi attractive not only to those born here.

Yuri Vasiltsov, director of the agricultural enterprise "Tikhinichi": "What does this mean for me? It means great well-being for my people who work at my enterprise. Because today our main wealth is people. If I, as a leader, create comfortable conditions for them, then, accordingly, we will have good results in our work. We see the prospect of our enterprise to create even better conditions in the social sphere than now, to make it even more beautiful – so that people willingly come to our agro-town, stay here to live, start new families, so that there are many children, smiles, and so that our enterprise achieves even greater results."

Every agricultural worker provides about seven jobs in the city. That is why their labor is held in special esteem in our country, and the President emphasizes this in every possible way. Preserving the countryside is a strategic goal of the state. This means we need strong farms that will become a driver of development.
