People, Technology, and Discipline: What Else Lies Behind the Success of Belarus's Agro-Industrial Complex

The high quality of our products is a source of pride for the entire country. But everything starts in the fields and on the farms. The village produces the main raw materials: grain, meat, milk, vegetables, fruits. In the hands of the peasants lies food security. And in recent years, it also represents a significant portion of Belarusian exports, a substantial $10 billion.

This year’s harvest was special. And not only because of the record yield. Looking at the situation over the past few years, it becomes clear that further growth in agricultural production increasingly depends on the human factor. Competent management, strict technological and labor discipline, quality personnel, worthy motivation for work. But what methods of

Each agrarian provides roughly seven jobs in the city. Therefore, their labor in our country is held in special esteem, and the President emphasizes this in every way. Preserving the village is a strategic goal of the state. That means we need strong farms that will become drivers of development.
