From targeted training in safe work at height - to the occupational safety training center: construction trust No. 3 became the first in the Minsk region to independently master the in-demand training of construction workers.
Our training initiative, the training ground, and our training approaches received positive feedback from participants of the regional Occupational Safety Day and are recommended as a best practice that organizations under the Committee for Architecture and Construction of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee should consider. Therefore, we are not stopping at what we have achieved. Through joint efforts with SU-95 (I am sincerely grateful to the head of SU-95 Vitaly Aksenov, the chief engineer of SU-95 Andrey Trukhan, and the leading occupational safety engineer of SU-95 Tatyana Tatur for their support of the initiative to create a training classroom for targeted courses on the safe execution of work at height), we plan in the future to develop the targeted training into a full-fledged occupational safety training center. The center is planned to be equipped with visual stands, a multimedia screen, a projector, modern means of visualizing construction and technological processes (including simulators with augmented reality), and also to provide the center with modern tables for laying masonry and facade lifts for teaching safe methods and labor primates, in order to practice practical skills within such training. By the way, each branch has acquired and uses on sites, for example, safety devices for securing safety ropes, on which builders practice safe work skills as part of targeted training.
