With a pleasant mission – to thank the grain growers for their hard work during the harvesting campaign – on the eve of Builder's Day, the crews of the agricultural firm "Krasnaya Niva" were visited by Dmitry Prosviryakov, Chairman of the Belarusian Trade Union of Construction and Construction Materials Industry Workers; Alexander Sazanovets, Chairman of the Minsk City Trade Union Organization; Olga Ganchar, Deputy General Director for General Affairs and Ideological Work – Head of the HR Department of OJSC "Stroytrest No. 3 Order of the October Revolution"; and Vyacheslav Efimchik, Chairman of the Primary Trade Union Organization of Construction Trust No. 3. They presented valuable gifts, certificates of honor, and letters of appreciation to the employees of the enterprise's agricultural branch for their personal contribution to ensuring food security and the high-quality harvest.

Special words of appreciation were earned by: Nikolai Vladimirovich Vecher, tractor driver (awarded a Letter of Appreciation from the Republican Committee for his competence, diligence, and ability to create an atmosphere of mutual accountability and goodwill in the team); Dmitry Olegovich Tsarik, tractor driver (awarded a Letter of Appreciation for his organizational skills and promptness in decision-making, as well as for his active trade union work); Kirill Olegovich Evsyuk, tractor driver (honored with a Letter of Appreciation for his responsible attitude to work and readiness to always help colleagues); Evgeny Nikolaevich Arinich, tractor driver (awarded a Letter of Appreciation for many years of conscientious work since 2018 and for setting a personal example of active work); Vasily Nikolaevich Khomich, tractor operator with work experience dating back to 2000 (awarded a Letter of Appreciation for his high professionalism, tact, and well-deserved authority among colleagues); Alexander Ivanovich Romashko, driver and trade union member since 2003 (recognized with a Letter of Appreciation for his diligence and contribution to enhancing the image of the trade union organization); Andrey Alexandrovich Sholomitsky, assistant combine operator (honored with a Letter of Appreciation for his competent approach to work and active participation in the life of the primary trade union organization); Ivan Alexandrovich Ulezlo, senior combine operator (awarded a Letter of Appreciation for his conscientious work and ability to take responsibility in achieving set goals); Artem Alexandrovich Burdukov, assistant combine operator (awarded a Certificate from the Belarusian Trade Union for his long, impeccable work since 2018 and contribution to the overall result); Vitaly Alexandrovich Ermakovich, senior combine operator (also awarded a Certificate from the trade union for many years of conscientious work since 2014 and active trade union activity).

In her welcoming speech, Olga Ganchar noted the well-coordinated work of the agricultural workers, expressed gratitude for their conscientious labor, and wished them further success. In response, the combine operators thanked the management and the entire team of the agricultural firm for their support: “We feel that our work is valued, and this gives us strength and energy for new achievements.”
