Propaganda and Training Group of Soligorsk GROC
In order to strengthen fire prevention measures and preserve human lives, a large-scale information campaign to popularize autonomous fire detectors (APIs) began in the country in 2026. The main goal is to ensure the installation of APIs in employees' homes and apartments, as well as their timely maintenance.
Why is this important?
The statistics are relentless: since the mass implementation of APIs in 2002, these devices have helped save more than 2,780 Belarusians. Just in the previous year, 2025, the alarm’s sound saved 67 people, including 14 children. The device reacts to smoke at an early stage and emits a signal capable of waking even a deeply sleeping person, giving a chance for timely evacuation.
Social responsibility
In the framework of strengthening social guarantees, the administration of Construction Trust No. 3 is considering the issue of targeted assistance for installing APIs. Those who wish to install APIs in homes (apartments) belonging to categories of multi‑child families of employees, as well as single and solitary elderly citizens and disabled persons who previously worked at the enterprise, may submit a corresponding application to the administration of Construction Trust No. 3 (Deputy General Director for general affairs and ideological work – Head of the Personnel Department Olga Valeryevna Ganchar).
