In the village of Chizhovka, near Solyogorsk, Stroytrest No. 3 in the name of construction management enterprise No. 95 under the Solyogorsk district capital construction authority began construction of single-family residential houses in the individual housing development area along Shakhterskaya Street. SU-95 will build four houses, and SU-123 will build five.

According to the project developed by the design bureau of the apparatus of Stroytrest No. 3, the construction of single-story residential buildings made of gas-silicate blocks is planned, each consisting of one three-room apartment with an attached veranda. These compact residential buildings (total living area of the houses — 99.25 square meters) will have two-story truss roofing. The division of the apartment into living and service zones is provided, connections between the premises and the plot cover at least 12 decares, the scope of auxiliary facilities (veranda, cellar, mini-boiler room) has been expanded, there are sanitary-technical rooms (washing room, bathroom), and attic space (with potential for conversion into housing in the future).

As reported by network publication str3.by, director of KDPU "Solyogorsk District Capital Construction" Andrey Nalayvko explained that the housing will be put into operation with finishing and will meet typical consumer quality standards for rural housing. "This will be rental housing provided to workers of particularly demanded professions, the list of which was approved by the Solyogorsk district executive committee," the director of KDPU explained. "Also, besides the Chizhovka settlement, another 19 such houses are planned to be built in the KIZ 'Zaozerny' district."

The contractor for individual housing development in the KIZ "Zaozerny" district will be determined shortly through a tender. The total area of each house in the KIZ "Zaozerny" district will be 99.07 square meters.

By the way, the district of individual housing development in the Chizhovka settlement connected with Solyogorsk by a convenient new motorway, which construction managers of Stroytrest No. 3 officially put into operation on Independence Day of the Republic of Belarus this year.
