OOO "Brestmash" is a notable point not only on the industrial map of the first region but also of all of Belarus. For this is the manufacturer of modern technological equipment for food industry enterprises, components for gas and electric household stoves, a participant in the production program for producing spare parts for cargo and passenger vehicles, as well as a well-known automobile manufacturer.

The enterprise has a long history that began even in the 1970s, and since 2005 the enterprise has been known as OOO "Brestmash". A new page appeared in 2013 – the plant joined the holding "BELLAVTOMAZ", which opened possibilities for further development. In 2018 a new project was launched at "Brestmash" for producing small-truck automotive equipment, and already in December the first car under the brand "MAZ" was assembled. In 2020 here they mastered the production of their own car model, and in 2022 they developed and produced a school bus and a vehicle for transporting persons with limited abilities. Since 2023 OOO "Brestmash" together with the Ministry of Labor and the Ministry of Education is a participant in the state program for ensuring social and school institutions' motor transport.

Today OOO "Brestmash" develops in several directions. One of them is the production of components for the Minsk Automobile Plant. At present the enterprise produces about 240 product names for OOO "MAZ".

Accumulated experience and high competencies allowed the creation of its own automotive brand BMG. The production complex is equipped with modern equipment designed for the production of automobiles using full-cycle technology. The lineup includes commercial vehicles BMG M5P and BMG V9 for family and business trips, BMG M5C for cargo transportation, and the ideal 7‑seat multifunctional family vehicle BMG M4.

Not long ago, OJSC Brestmash, in cooperation with Chinese partners, mastered the production of medium‑tonnage truck chassis. The first kits for producing medium‑tonnage truck chassis for vehicles with a gross weight of 9 and 12 tons arrived already in spring 2025. Models with a gross weight of 9 tons are already running on the country’s roads, while those with a gross weight of 12 tons are at the final stage of testing.
