For the convenience of Belarusians, the "one window" service continues to work on improving the mechanisms of interaction with people. One of the key areas is the expansion of electronic interaction between government agencies and citizens.
The reduction of the list of documents, requests to state information systems and resources - all this is done to minimize paperwork. The proactive format is another important direction. Its essence is to maximize the reduction of the need for personal contact. Another significant convenience is provided by the extraterritorial principle of the "One Window" service. Now it helps to solve problems regardless of the place of registration. This mechanism saves the applicant from having to travel to another city or district to formalize documents.
Svetlana Semyukha, Deputy Head of the Main Department of Justice of the Minsk City Executive Committee: "If in 2024, before the introduction of the extraterritorial principle of submitting applications to the 'One Window' services, about 435,000 applications were accepted, then in 2025 this figure grew to 452,000 applications, and over the 9 months of this year, the services accepted applications from interested parties in the amount of about 430,000. Of course, the extraterritorial principle made a significant contribution to this figure."
Thus, the extraterritorial principle of operation has proven to be in demand. Practice shows that it has become a convenient tool for obtaining government services, making them truly accessible to every resident.
