Starting September 1, the "Taxi 135" service has completely disabled dynamic coefficient algorithms on its website and mobile app. The company stated that fares are now fixed, and passengers are protected from sudden price surges.

According to the service's representatives, the cost of a ride will no longer be inflated due to a shortage of available cars in the city, and the slight price difference for the same route throughout the day now depends solely on objective factors — travel time and traffic conditions — rather than algorithms.

"The final cost of the trip is fixed at the moment of booking — it is immediately visible on the smartphone screen or announced by the dispatcher by phone at 135. The final receipt can only change if the passenger decides to change the route themselves or asks the driver to wait," the company explained. They also clarified that the fixed pricing structure applies to all types of vehicles, whether ordering through the "Taxi 135" mobile app or by the short number 135.
