One of the largest multifunctional complexes in the country will be built in Brest. This is confidently stated by the developer, the Sigmaplus group of companies. The building will include not only retail space, but also a modern entertainment area and a business center.
The complex is being constructed at 248 Moskovskaya Street, one of Brest's main transport arteries. From here it is about five minutes to the city center and roughly twelve minutes to the Brest–Terespol border checkpoint.
The total area of the facility will exceed 120,000 square meters. Inside there will be a four-level shopping gallery, an office section, and the region's largest entertainment park. These will be complemented by a cinema and a fitness club covering 1,800 square meters with access to a usable roof. Cafes and restaurants of various formats are also planned here. The complex will include parking for 1,300 cars.
Right now, the development company is searching for a name for the facility. To this end, it has announced a contest open to anyone aged 16 or older. All that is needed is to review the Rules and submit an idea on the project's website. The organizers note that preference will be given to a name in Belarusian. The author of the best name will receive a reward, the organizers promise.
