The inspection of the Ministry of Taxes and Levies of the Republic of Belarus for the Lidsky district reports that the calculation of rent for land plots has been carried out for individuals for 2025.

We remind individuals, including those registered as individual entrepreneurs, who have been provided with land plots for rent, that the payment of rent for land plots is made annually no later than November 15 of the year following the expired calendar year. This year, the rent for land plots must be paid on time - no later than November 16, 2026.

In addition, we draw attention to the fact that tax authorities do not send notifications to individuals for the payment of rent for land plots. The payment of rent is made by individuals, including individual entrepreneurs, independently based on land plot rental agreements and (or) additional agreements to them, concluded with the local executive committee or the administration of the free economic zone.
