The Inspection of the Ministry of Taxes and Fees of the Republic of Belarus for the Lidsky District reminds that the deadline for individuals to pay the unified property tax and land rent for 2025 is no later than November 16, 2026.

The unified property payment can be made by any convenient method for the payer:

• through the “Payer’s Personal Account” service;
• using the ERIP system;
• at bank and postal service branches with cash or using a bank payment card.

You can check the amount of the unified property payment and pay:

1. ERIP — path:

System “Calculation” → Taxes → Grodno Region → Lidsky District → Tax Administration of Lidsky District (at the place of registration of the individual) → Unified Property Payment (the payment code in the budget 03101 should appear) → UNP

What is included in the payment?

Property tax + land tax + vehicle tax.

2. Land rent:

System “Calculation” → Taxes → Grodno Region → Lidsky District → Lidsky RIK Finance Department / Rural Executive Committee (at the location of the land plot) → Land rent (the payment code in the budget 04001 should appear) → UNP

You can find your account number on the official website of the Ministry of Taxes and Fees of the Republic of Belarus by going to the “Information from the State Register of Taxpayers (and other obligated persons)” tab, selecting the individual's information, and entering the required data.
