– It is symbolic that the corporate exhibition dedicated to the achievements and history of the enterprise opened precisely on the anniversary date – September 11, when the plant turned 30 years old, – said Nina Dylyko, Deputy General Director for Ideological Work and Social Issues.
Preparations for the exhibition opening took a whole year. Thus, interior work began in September 2025.
– The premises where the corporate exhibition is located were built from scratch, – says Nina Anatolyevna. – And in September last year we began implementing the main idea. The exhibition features several sections. First and foremost is the history of the enterprise “Path from Consciousness to Recognition,” where we presented unique materials collected relating to the beginning of the plant’s construction. They date back to the mid‑twentieth century, when the idea of establishing cement production in Kostyukovshchina first emerged, because marl deposits were discovered. And up to the results of activities in 2026.
The exhibition presents the activities of the Belarusian Cement Company holding and the Belarusian Cement Plant. Here you can see the product line of the plant and all its branches, which also goes for export.
– The main part of the exhibition is the social direction, because the greatest value of our enterprise is its people, – continues Nina Dylyko’s tour of the exhibition sections. – Only thanks to the efforts of each of our employees have we been able to achieve great results. Work at the enterprise is coordinated; each employee is in their place and knows their job well. The exhibition presents the social conditions at the plant, such areas as trade union activity, veterans’ organization, sports life. Great attention was paid to “profession heroes,” selecting workers of the BCP (Belarusian Cement Plant) over thirty years who have been awarded distinguished awards: the medal “For Labor Merit,” the breast badges “Ganarovy budownyk,” “For Merit in Construction,” and “For a Special Contribution to the Development of the Cement Industry.” The special prize of the Mogilev Regional Executive Committee “Person of the Year” was

We have a unique opportunity to continue this list on interactive panels. For the exhibition, we have purchased three such panels. One will present information from the production floor: video clips ranging from the quarry to the packaging of finished products. The second interactive panel will be dedicated to the social life of the plant: we plan to include information and photos about labor dynasties, young specialists, and all the awards won by the cement workers over the past 30 years. The addition of information about our achievements will be an ongoing process.

By the way, a separate section of the exhibition features a stand with information about the eight directors of the Belarusian Cement Plant, starting with Akopov Derzhanta Livonovich. In the center of the hall stands a scale model of the Belarusian Cement Plant, and the lobby of the administrative building serves as a kind of continuation of the exhibition display.
