The main industry platform of the year brought together more than 450 representatives from 11 countries, including Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, and Georgia. Representatives of the Osipovichsky branch of CJSC Babushkina Krynka attended this important event for dairy processors. Here is what the deputy director of production and quality, Svetlana Grechnaya, told us:
— Among the forum participants were leaders and specialists from dairy enterprises, representatives of industry associations, and experts in milk processing. I have attended “Belarus Milk” before. The program is always rich and useful, but this time the organization was beyond praise. From the very beginning a special chat was created in a Telegram channel where the necessary information was posted promptly. Since there were several locations, the internet helped quickly orient yourself, find the desired venue, and watch videos if you missed something.
Which dairy products are in demand in foreign markets? Which processing directions are most promising today? What primarily determines the value of a modern dairy product? We found answers to these and many other questions.
It was pleasant to hear again that our country remains among the world’s leading exporters of dairy products. We hold the third position in dry milk whey, fourth in oil, cheese, and cottage cheese, and fifth in dry skimmed milk. Naturally, the Osipovichsky branch also contributes to this, which one cannot help but be proud of.
I chose a technological practicum for myself and also visited the engineering club. We went together with the branch’s engineer-technologist Evgeniya Belyaeva. Each participant had the opportunity to immerse themselves in the area that was a priority for them. Additionally, you could view the enterprises’ exhibitions and sample the products. It was also valuable that the forum became a good platform for networking with colleagues from other dairy plants, as well as partners. When you know someone personally, you can build a working relationship with them at a higher level in the future.
In short, we returned with a wealth of new ideas
