Financial management is an essential part of the work of any institution, and therefore, an accountant is a necessary and indispensable person.

For over 20 years, Olga Privalova has been working as an accountant at the Kostyukovichi branch of the Department of Protection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. After graduating from the Mogilev Machine-Building College, the girl joined the Department of Protection, where she has been working ever since, assuring that the world of numbers and accounting reports is sweet and pleasant to her. In 2007, she received her higher education, graduating by correspondence from the Belarusian-Russian University.

"My work is not boring at all," Olga Alexandrovna admits. "I love it, it's close to my heart." Although once she dreamed of being a teacher in a kindergarten, following in her grandmother's footsteps, who is a teacher. Her sister did just that, received a pedagogical education, and now lives and teaches in Germany. But Olga became an accountant and does not regret it. This is her fate. Of course, she has to work a lot - an accountant has a lot of tasks. This includes processing travel documents for official vehicles, calculating fees for security services for individuals and legal entities, working with banking operations, payments to debtors and creditors, maintaining strict reporting forms, and other important accounting matters.

Olga Privalova's work is mainly office-based, working on a computer, which requires proficiency in many programs. But her main and best helper in everything is her supervisor, colleague, and mentor with extensive work experience - the chief accountant Natalya Kozlova. Together, they perform all the tasks assigned to them.

Olga Alexandrovna has succeeded not only as a professional but also as a wife and a mother of many children. The Privalovs have three sons. The eldest, Trofim, is studying at the Gomel University of Consumer Cooperatives, receiving a legal education. The middle son, Matvey, is a student at the Belarusian State Agrarian Technical University, a future technologist, and the youngest, Stepan, is a fifth-grader.

Olga Privalova is another example of a true Belarusian woman who can do everything.
