Traditionally, autumn is a busy time for farmers, as it lays the foundation for next year's harvest. At OAO Tikhinichi, the sowing of winter grains is entering the final stretch. Simultaneously, the farm is harvesting corn for silage and grain. The pace is not slowing down on other sections either. The soybean harvest is in full swing. The area under soybeans this year has been increased threefold to 380 hectares. They have also started on white sunflowers, with 200 hectares allocated for them. The farm's strategy is to develop crops that provide their own protein raw materials and reduce dependence on imports. Alongside this, chemical weeding of winter crops and plowing for spring sowing are underway. The autumn processing of rapeseed is already behind them. As for potatoes, 6,000 tons have been harvested at a yield of 370 centners per hectare. Part of the harvest is being put into the stabilization fund, and part will be exported to Russia, Moldova, and Serbia. In the orchard, which occupies 106 hectares, apples, predominantly of Belarusian breeding, are being actively picked. The commercial produce is stored in a vegetable warehouse, and the rest goes to direct juice production. The line produces 3,500 liters per shift, and the plan is to prepare and supply about 200 tons to the domestic market.

The strategy of dairy leadership
Livestock farming plays a special role in the farm, accounting for 95% of the structure of marketable production. "White gold" is the main source of income. Across six dairy cattle complexes, there are 16,415 head of cattle, including 5,624 dairy cows. Over eight months, 38,338 tons of milk were produced (105% compared to last year), with an average yield per cow of 6,847 kilograms (an increase of 150 kilograms). 36,233 tons were sold (an increase of 1,764 tons), exclusively of extra grade.
In 2023, Tikhinichi introduced a dairy complex for 600 head, but they did not stop there. State support for the agricultural sector from the state and the President, a team of professionals, the cohesion of the collective, and the dynamic energy of the leader allow them to move forward—here, they began construction of a seventh complex in the spring. The goal is to increase production figures, create 35–40 jobs (the staff will grow from 538 to 580 people), and increase wages.
In OOO "Tikhinichi," which is one of the flagship multi-sectoral enterprises in the system of the President's Office of the Republic of Belarus, seven dairy complexes are being built—the sixth one, there are own lines for processing oilseeds, producing juice, a plant for granulating protein-vitamin-herb flour, a modern auto fleet, three grain-drying complexes, an vegetable storage of 3000 tons and a potato storage of 5000 tons.
– Today the average per enterprise is 3244 rubles, says Yuri Vasiliev. – Bakers, depending on productivity, can receive from 4,500 to 5 thousand, but I want to make it so that the machine milking operator earns at least 4 thousand rubles on average.
The first phase of construction is planned to be completed in November 2026, with the complex entering operation in 2027. By then the dairy herd will be increased to 6,000, and the total herd to 20,000. The new complex will be the largest in Rogachevsky District: 2,400 heads, of which 1,700 are Holsteins. Comfortably spacious conditions will be created for bullocks due to the increased space. The stall height will reach 13 meters—all for fresh air and microclimate, good stalls will be arranged. The complex will contain five livestock rooms, milk production workshops, dry lots and calving areas, a sanitary pass, and warehouses...
