The inspection of the Ministry of Taxes and Levies for the Oktyabrsky district of Mogilev reminds citizens of the approaching deadline for paying land, transport, and property taxes as a single property payment, as well as rent for the use of land plots.

It is necessary to pay these fees no later than November 16, 2026. The total amount of the single property payment is indicated in the notice of the tax authority, and it can also be viewed through the ERIP system by following the path: payments and transfers / "Calculation" system (ERIP) - Taxes - region (city) / district / IMNS by district (or URP (ORP) by district) by place of registration of the individual - select "Single property payment" from the list of taxes - enter the payer's account number (UNP) - click "Pay".

The amount of rent subject to payment is indicated in the land plot lease agreement. We draw attention to the fact that individuals who have not paid (or have partially paid) the single property payment as of January 1, 2027, in an amount exceeding one basic unit, will have their land, transport, and property taxes for 2026 calculated taking into account the calculated value, which is determined as 15 (fifteen) percent of the unpaid amount of the single property payment as of January 1.
