New Team Members. Young specialists join the bread factory

This year, the Kalinkovichi bread bakery welcomed five young specialists to its team. The colleagues received them warmly; the newcomers were eagerly awaited. The beginners quickly adapted to their workstations, successfully integrated into the workflow, and became part of the team.

Kalinkovichi native Artem Savitsky is a graduate of the Bobruisk Forest Technical College (a branch of BGTU) with a degree in programming. Artem first encountered the bakery during an internship in the sales department. He enjoyed the work, so after graduating, he deliberately returned to the factory as a young specialist.

Today, Artem is a computer operator. His duties include processing electronic orders from retail chains and institutions, as well as preparing shipping documentation. His mentor, Svetlana Lyakhovskaya, helps him with the adaptation. However, his colleagues note that Artem learns quickly and is already confidently handling assigned tasks.

Marina Shevko is a first-category process engineer in the plant's production laboratory. A graduate of the Mogilev University of Food and Chemical Technologies, she began her career at the factory as a shift process engineer, working directly in the workshop. Her efforts and responsible approach quickly caught the attention of management, and Marina Shevko was transferred to the laboratory.

Today, her responsibilities include incoming raw material control, product declaration, preparation of technological instruction sheets, and development of new recipes. With Marina's direct participation, the laboratory has already developed three new low-salt product lines on the recommendation of the Ministry of Health—a healthy alternative for hospitals, schools, and kindergartens. Currently, the young specialist is helping her colleagues work on a sketch for the regional "Dozhinki" harvest festival.

Marina is from Gomel and was provided with a room in the dormitory.

The ranks of Kalinkovichi bakers were also joined by sisters Maria and Anna Antonik. The sisters graduated from the Zhlobin College of Service, where they qualified as pastry chefs. Both were hired as bakers. Together with experienced mentors, they bake fragrant pies, croissants, puff pastries, and other baked goods.

The sisters are happy with their new team.

"We were welcomed warmly: they showed us everything, taught us all, and supported us in the beginning," Anna shares. "Adaptation was easy, and now we work with full dedication."

The girls themselves are from the Svetlogorsk district. They refused the proposed dormitory, preferring to rent an apartment together with their colleague. In their free time, the sisters don't forget about hobbies: Anna plays volleyball, while Maria is into drawing.

In the conclusion of our publication we will meet Ksenia Borisenko – our neighbor from Yakomoychi. Ksenia studied in the same group as Anna and Maria, she did her internship at the bakery with them, and now these girls work in the same workshop and rent a shared apartment.

  • We came to an already familiar team, so it wasn't scary and not difficult," admits Ksenia.

Like her friends, she works as a baker, but decided to expand her professional horizons and is currently mastering the profession of testo-mes right on the production floor. In her free time, the girl is into diamond mosaics.

It's pleasant to see such an attitude among the youth. Watching how positively and with what mood young specialists work, one can confidently say: their start at the bakery is going successfully, and the kind atmosphere in the team only contributes to this.
