The Republican Institute of Knowledge Control launches a new project "Let's Go to the Library with RIKZ". Today the institute and the Centralized System of State Public Libraries of Minsk signed an agreement on cooperation, according to a correspondent from "Mother's Newspaper".

"We decided to combine all three stages of RT into a single educational program with a modular learning system. Now eight months of preparation will become part of general mock testing, divided into three sequential modules," said RIKZ director Dmitry Mironov.

Registration for the first module will begin on October 9, also on this day access to RT personal cabinets will be opened. The first module will run from October to the end of December, the second covers January and February, the third - March and April. All test center points will start operating from October 15.

"At that point we would like to note that most of last year's test centers will remain in place! I remind you that traditionally these centers independently determine subjects, dates and times for taking the test. However, in Minsk, additionally, 14 new locations based on libraries will open. Thanks to our joint project called 'Let's Go to the Library with RIKZ', applicants after completing written work will familiarize themselves with an exhibition of study materials. If a test taker is interested in handouts, textbooks, they can immediately register at the library

But that's not all the innovations: in addition to the traditional rehearsal exam, which is again scheduled for the end of January, another opportunity for practice will be provided.

— Upon completing the third module in May, applicants will be offered a kind of final summary — a comprehensive test that will not repeat the rehearsal testing of the first, second, and third modules, — said D. Mironov. — Also, in the personal accounts of test participants, a virtual assistant RIKZik will appear, which will accompany the applicant in each module. Its main function is preparation for testing as a technical process, not subject learning. RIKZik will explain how to fill out the form, what mistakes to avoid, and what not to bring.

When preparing answers for RIKZik, institute specialists relied on the analysis of last year's chatbot work, recommendations of the state commission, and public proposals from the last three years. All this was done to minimize technical errors when filling out forms and solving problems. After all, every point matters for admission to the desired university.
