The career path of any employee at an enterprise begins with the HR department. And the lead HR specialist Nadezhda Yanitskaya knows everything about the plant's staff! It is well known: over 30 years working at BCZ she has learned everyone and everything.

Choosing after school the profession of a salesperson, Nadezhda Stanislavovna worked at the counter every single day for 30 years. Her first and only place of work during these thirty years was the Belarusian Cement Plant. Of course, workshops, departments, positions changed, but the factory itself remained unchanged—the very heart to which our heroine was attached.

She began working as a chemical analysis lab assistant in the energy workshop. Having received an intermediate special education in non-degree form at the Minsk Technical Institute of Industry and Construction, Nadezhda Yanitskaya became a technician-technologist. In 2000, she was temporarily transferred to replace maternity leave in the labor and wages department as an engineer in compensation. And within a year she was already working in the company's HR department. So in the HR service—25 years!
