Last week, the OOO "MOZHELIT" plant turned one of the brightest and most significant pages in its long history. In the company auditorium, the collective celebrated on deserved rest its indefatigable leader — Vikenty Bronislavovich Yermalyonok.

A career that can be compared in depth to Vikenty Bronislavovich's path is rare. For more than half a century he dedicated his work at the "MOZHELIT" plant, becoming an integral part of this production. Thirty-seven years ago he stood at the head of the enterprise, defining its development strategy and shaping the principles by which the factory lives today. His path is an example of how deep knowledge of work, combined with decades of managerial talent, transforms professional activity into true service to one's homeland and colleagues.

A Journey Spanning a Lifetime

This was not merely a solemn evening but a real act of recognition of an extraordinary life journey. Those who had walked with Vikenty Bronislavovich hand in hand over decades gathered in the hall: representatives of city authorities, trade union leaders, loyal business partners, labor veterans standing at the origins of modern "MOZHELIT," and, of course, the working shift — those who today daily contribute their strength to the factory's prosperity. The atmosphere was infused not so much by formal protocol as by deep, sincere respect for a person who became more than just a director for the enterprise. For the people of Mogilev, Vikenty Bronislavovich became the soul of the collective, his moral core and the main guarantor of stability.

Under the wise and forward-looking guidance of Vikenty Bronislavovich, "MOZHELIT" transformed from an industrial unit into a powerful, recognizable brand whose name sounds proudly far beyond Belarus. Yermalyonok himself rightly holds the title "Honored Citizen of Mogilev City," a fact confirmed by numerous state awards. Under his leadership, the factory became synonymous with impeccable quality: repeated victories in prestigious competitions on socio-economic development, honorable places on the Republican Honor Board, and the enterprise's products — high-quality gelatin — regularly conquering expert commissions of the contests "Best Goods of the Republic of Belarus" and "Best Goods of the Republic of Belarus on the Market of the Russian Federation."

However, behind the dry lines of reports and triumphant accounts always stood colossal human effort—the person who lived for the interests of the factory around the clock, knowing nothing but half-measures and compromises in matters of quality. Viktor Bronislavovich knew how to look toward the future, anticipate market trends, and above all, protect people.

The chairman of the regional trade union association presented Viktenty Ermaliyonok with a letter of gratitude for many years of fruitful cooperation with the trade union movement, a significant personal contribution to the protection of workers' socio‑economic rights and interests, and the development of social partnership in the Mogilev Region.

The trade union leader also emphasized that under Ermaliyonok's leadership, «MOZHELIT» always had an atmosphere of mutual support. Workers felt like part of a big family, where the director was a strict but fair father.
