More than 600 thousand rubles have been demanded for payment to the budget as a result of an unscheduled audit of a company from Mogilev, during which a scheme of illegal tax minimization was uncovered.

During the audit of LLC “S” by employees of the MNS inspection in the October district of Mogilev, it was established that the activity of processing paint and coating waste was in fact not carried out, and cash amounts exceeding 1.0 million rubles spent on the purchase of goods and materials and services unrelated to the business activities of LLC “S” were recognized as income of the officials of the audited entity.

As a result of the audit, taking into account other violations, taxes and penalties amounting to 634.8 thousand rubles have been demanded for payment to the budget.
