On Belarus's republican road network, since the beginning of 2026, as part of maintenance and current repair, 253,712 square meters of potholes have been eliminated. This was reported by sb.by in the press service of the Ministry of Transport and Communications.

As clarified by the department, during this period, 1,682 kilometers of road surface were also repaired. In addition, since the beginning of the year, 44,746 kilometers of horizontal road marking lines have been applied.

The ministry drew the attention of road users to the fact that, in any region of the country, important information about road conditions can be reported to the dispatcher services via the single short number 125. Such information allows for prompt response to changes on the roads and enhances traffic safety.
