A baggage delivery service has launched at the National Airport. Passengers can hand their suitcases to service staff and have them delivered to the airport, a railway station, an office, an apartment, a hotel, or any other address.

The service can be arranged online or directly at the airport. For arriving passengers, the baggage acceptance counter, including for standard and oversized items, is located opposite the carousel in the arrivals area for Union State flights, in sectors 5–6.

In the international arrivals area, passengers will be met by service staff. For departing passengers, baggage handover is organized in the check-in area.

The cost depends on the number of pieces, weight, and volume of the baggage. At the initial stage, delivery will be available within Minsk and the Minsk region.

The airport notes that the service makes it possible to arrange delivery between different points of a route — for example, from the airport to the railway station, and from there to the customer's address.

A similar service is already operating at airports and railway stations in Moscow, St. Petersburg, and Sochi. According to the airport, more than 50,000 suitcases have already been delivered to passengers there.
