Born in 1985 in Osipovichi. He received his first higher education at the Belarusian National Technical University in the specialty “machines and technology of foundry production”. In 2018 he graduated from the Academy of Management under the President of the Republic of Belarus, where he studied economics and management at an industrial enterprise; in 2021 he completed training at the Institute for Advanced Training and Retraining of Industrial Managers and Specialists “Cadres of Industry” in the specialty “business administration”.

His career at the Automobile Aggregates Plant began in 2004 as a mechanic-assembly worker in the fiberglass cab shop. Two years later he became a foreman, and in 2009 — senior foreman of the CSK section. Over the years he worked as head of the production and dispatch department, head of the fiberglass cab shop, head of production. Since 2020 he has held the position of Deputy Director for Production.

Answering the question about his career choice, he admits that he has always been interested in the field of production and technology, and a special role was played by the scale of the city-forming enterprise. Therefore he joined the plant while still a student, in order to study the production processes in detail and obtain the necessary qualification level.

As a local person, Konstantin Vasilievich knows what stable work means for an Osipovichi family, and at this stage he considers the most priority management tasks to be preserving the workforce, providing decent working conditions and wage level.

OZAA is the leading producer of aluminum casting in the territory of the Republic of Belarus, and currently the plant is implementing the investment project “Creation of Precision Aluminum Casting Production”, within which serious reconstruction is underway. According to Konstantin Chernetsky, this will reduce production costs, improve quality, enter new markets, and also create innovative products. This is one of the paths of plant development and a contribution to the country's development.

The production task is also clear and large-scale: in the republic they are switching to the production of third-generation bus equipment. The plant is the sole main supplier of components for this equipment, therefore, taking into account orders, it must ensure the output of the required quantity and quality of products.

— The plant's potential is very high, its technical and production base is also strong, there are reserves, — notes Konstantin Chernetsky. — Within the framework of the project the enterprise is developing, moving forward to new achievements.

It is interesting that even Konstantin Vasilyevich's hobby is related to "production": he has been engaged in beekeeping for four years.
