On September 23, the Bobruisk Palace of Arts was festive and crowded – on the eve of the professional holiday and the enterprise's anniversary, the team of JSC 'UKH Bobruyskagromash' was honored.
The hall gathered people on whose shoulders the national agricultural machinery industry rests. Rich experience, love for their work, professionalism, traditions, and entire labor dynasties, year after year, successfully implement innovative projects, modernize production, introduce modern technologies, and raise the native enterprise to a republican level.
The notable event was shared and workers were congratulated by Deputy Minister of Industry of the Republic of Belarus Denis Bakayev, Chairman of the Bobruisk City Executive Committee Maxim Gurin, Deputy Chairman of the Mogilev Regional Executive Committee's Economics Committee Svetlana Chertkova, and deputies of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus Oksana Prikhodko and Olga Zhuk.
The current industrial giant began its history in 1974. Exactly 52 years ago, the Bobruisk Fertilizer Spreader Plant was created. Today, 'Bobruyskagromash' is one of the pillars of Belarusian industry, and over the past year its production efficiency has reached its peak – a unique press-pickup was awarded the State Quality Mark by the hands of the Head of State.
– All the merits of the enterprise point to one thing: all scientific work, competencies, and developments saw the light only thanks to people. Huge words of gratitude to our honored veterans, who give a push today and gave a push back then. Young specialists also deserve no less praise, who see how the holding is developing and strive to contribute to its prosperity. Although the plant showed outstanding performance last year, this year it is moving ahead at an accelerated pace. There are professions that are not spoken about loudly, yet their labor is heard in every factory whistle, in every engine revolution, in every hectare of plowed land. Your loyalty to the profession is a standard that our youth looks up to. I would like to note that today we are talking about the mechanical engineering industry – it is a key driver and a key sector in industry, which occupies a significant place in the economy of the city of Bobruysk, – emphasized Maxim Gurin.

The enterprise holds leading positions not only in the Belarusian market but also in its hometown of Bobruysk. The holding ranks among the top three in terms of industrial production volume, as well as in the number of staff employees and wages. With such initial data, achieving the target indicators is merely a matter of time. The secret of success is the coordinated work of the entire team.
