On the eve of the Day of Older Persons, a republican job fair for citizens of 'silver' age and people with disabilities was held on September 30 at the Chaussky District Territorial Center for Social Services of the Population.

Representatives of district and city organizations from various sectors participated in the fair, ranging from housing and communal services and trade to agriculture and industry. Human resources specialists presented current job openings for which employers are ready to hire workers today.

Citizens who visited the fair had the opportunity not only to undergo an interview with an employer, receive consultations on employment assistance, but also to consult on pension and labor legislation issues. Visitors also asked other questions of interest to them.

Overall, holding such fairs is an excellent practice. Given the participation of representatives from various organizations, everyone can find a job that matches their experience and interests.
