SZAO 'Gory' — a large agricultural enterprise in the Goretsky district, specializing in animal husbandry and crop cultivation. The enterprise has been led since February 2023 by the authoritative and goal-oriented manager Vasily Vytynov. Over the years of his tenure at the helm of this agricultural ship, the working collective has achieved a notable breakthrough in all areas of activity and firmly maintains leading positions in the district. Vasily Vladimirovich emphasizes that the foundation of all achievements is the executive discipline and adherence to technological processes by all employees, their training and the professionalism of specialists, the understanding that fulfilling assigned tasks is important for achieving the common result.
I confess, the headline 'Разам назаўжды' for this section did not arise from journalistic creative suffering. It appeared thanks to the workers of SZAO 'Gory', and more precisely, these bright words, mobilizing the collective for quality and conscientious work, can be read on the caps of participants of the current harvesting farm. Exactly in this way the agricultural enterprise pays serious attention to labor motivation and annually honors its grain growers in a new merchandise, whose design is developed by the entire collective following the example of the 'First' merchandise.
As noted above, Vasily Vitynov took the helm of the ZAO in 2023. Vasily Vladimirovich admits that he did not carry out any radical changes in the enterprise he leads. The collective, he believes, has established itself here, is functional, and there is mutual understanding. Everyone works responsibly and conscientiously in their place, striving to meet the requirements of technological regulations in both animal husbandry and crop cultivation. As a result of such approaches, significant results are achieved. This is not an exaggeration. It is sufficient to say that by the end of 2025, in the nomination "Production Activity," Vasily Vitynov was awarded the honorary title "Man of the Year of Goretsky District," which he considers the merit of the entire working collective of the enterprise, and he is convinced that no manager, even the most experienced, skilled, and forward-thinking,
— The harvest campaign this year, continues Vasily Vladimirovich, — passed organizedly and with worthy results. The weather helped us: there were few rains. We managed to avoid serious technical problems. The harvest was good. We threshed grains and legumes for more than 13,500 tons. The average yield reached 33.7 centners per hectare. Compared to last year, the increase was 5 centners. All winter crops matured well. Today they are really a priority, because they show better yields compared to spring crops. Especially the winter rye, which on average yielded about 40 centners per hectare, and on some fields the yield reached up to 44 centners. Therefore, the focus on winter crops will only strengthen further. This year we sowed 2,683 hectares of winter crops, which is 65% of the total sowing area.
This year, the rapeseed particularly delighted us, confirming its high economic efficiency. More than 4,200 tons of rapeseed seeds were threshed with an average yield of 34 centners per hectare. More than the grain. Everything is known by comparison. When I came to work, the rapeseed productivity was at 10-12 centners per hectare. It's not only about yield. This is a real financial resource for the farm that brings in real money. A completely different economy compared to grains. The gross production of rapeseed at 4,200 tons in monetary terms brought us approximately 4.5 million rubles. So, of course, we
