The leaders of the district competition in grain transportation from combines are recognized as experienced drivers of OAO "MushinoAgro", Vladimir Malashenko and Vladimir Tikhonov. A young tractor driver-mechanic of the agricultural enterprise, Vladislav Tarasevich, also became a participant in the district "Dozhinki".

Vladimir Malashenko, driving a MAZ-555142, transported 1618 tons of grain in his farm. Then he helped with transportation in OAO "Zabolotye-Agrostandart". His vehicle is currently involved in delivering fuel to his fellow villagers.

Any work is responsible, Vladimir Viktorovich reasons. During the preparation of feed, during harvesting, every hour is precious. The efficiency and responsibility of those involved in transportation depend on the work of the combines. In the end, it affects the final result of any agricultural operation.

Vladimir Tikhonov has transported 1842 tons of grain. This year, he was handed the keys to a new MAZ-650128 vehicle.

The management of OAO values diligent workers who are ready to perform tasks without considering their personal time. During the harvest, they organize celebrations for achieving thousand-ton results. For achieving high performance, they are honored to participate in the celebration of "Dozhinki". This is confirmed by Vladimir Malashenko's words.

This year, I will be a participant in the district festival of grain growers for the second time. Last year, I was at the regional "Dozhinki" in Krichev. It's interesting to communicate with acquaintances from other farms, to feel my involvement in the fact that in the country's harvest, there is also a share of my labor, he says.

Young but not green

Among the young drivers of agricultural organizations involved in grain transportation from combines, the winner is recognized as mechanic Vladislav Tarasevich.

Driving an MTZ with a PST-9 trailer, he transported 1410 conditional tons of grain. His experience is not great, he has been working in agriculture for five years. Nevertheless, he has already managed to show his skills. Vladislav has proven that perseverance, diligence, and striving for self-improvement can lead to significant achievements.

— On average, I transported 50-60 tons per day. I remember the day when I transported 100 tons. This depends on the yield, the distance from the field to the grain drying complex, — the young man shares. — It is an honor and a responsibility to be a participant in the "Dozhinki". It is pleasant that my achievements are noted at the district level.

During his work, Vladislav learned to work with various trailer units. He shows high results in his work, participating in sowing and harvesting campaigns. His ability to quickly and qualitatively perform assigned tasks puts him on a par with the experienced mechanics of the farm.
