In another raid, the mobile group of the Zhlobin District Executive Committee visited enterprises where young professionals work: Zhlobin Forest Enterprise and PMK 71.

Tatiana Savenkova, the chief specialist of the labor, employment, and social protection department of the district executive committee, shared with the journalists of ND:

– Young workers who have come to their first job after studying are particularly vulnerable. They should receive increased attention from the employer, labor safety specialists, as well as mentors assigned to them. Moreover, they should be provided with special clothing and personal protective equipment. As for the young professionals themselves, they are obliged to conscientiously fulfill their labor duties, including complying with established labor standards and observing the requirements for labor safety and safe work practices established by regulatory legal acts, following the rules of the internal labor schedule, and other documents regulating labor discipline issues.

During the monitoring, the mobile group checked the maintenance of instruction journals, the completeness of first-aid kits, and the expiration dates of medications at the facilities. No comments or violations were found.
