Wife and husband Irina and Grigory Elinskys work shoulder to shoulder on one site. Irina is a CNC machine operator and manipulator, while Grigory is a machine tool setter and adjuster with software control. The head of the family at "Bobruyskagromash" shares eighteen years of work experience, and the household keeper has four. Together they manufacture parts for agricultural machinery, and shifts pass unnoticed, for when you work alongside your loved one, no task is frightening.

Irina Elinskys sets an example that shatters the stereotype that factory work is not a woman's affair. She loves her profession very much, discovering something new every day and happily sharing her experience with colleagues.

"I really like OOO 'Bobruyskagromash'. Here there is always work, it is impossible to get bored. I make various interesting parts, I enjoy measuring them. My husband and I always go to work with smiles, because this enterprise is our big family. I know I can count on someone: my husband is always nearby, perhaps he can offer advice, provide support. At home, Irina and Grigory Yelinsky are caring parents of three wonderful daughters. The eldest, Darya, studies at the Bobruisk State Technological College as a technician-technologist in sewing production. The middle one, Anastasia, is a schoolgirl who dreams of devoting her life to serving the Motherland in the future. The youngest, Alexandra, is a restless child and everyone's favorite. Moreover, the friendly family has a dog, a cat, fish, and guinea pigs.

The Yelinskys try to do all household chores together, and in their free time they pursue their favorite hobbies. The girls try themselves in various fields, and the parents fully support their endeavors. The children know that their mom and dad are working people, and they are proud of that. By their example they prove that perseverance and love for one's work can lead to great victories, and the numerous diplomas on the wall serve as an incentive to work just as diligently and strive for new heights.

Darya understands that preserving the memory of her parents' glorious work path is a sacred duty of children: —I watch over my sisters, help with cleaning and cooking.
