– Karina, tell us, how did your entrepreneurial journey begin?

– My journey began in 2009. I realized that people who find themselves in difficult life situations need help and support. Memorial art is not just working with stone, but a way to preserve memory and convey a person's story.

– How did the idea of creating a family business come about?

– From the very beginning, I wanted this to be a labor of love. It's important that people, when looking at a memorial, see not just a stone, but the personality of the person, whose memories are invaluable. Over time, this grew into a family business, where everyone has invested a piece of themselves.

– What makes your work unique?

– We work with complex landscapes and take an individual approach to each project. For us, it's important that the memorial blends organically with the surrounding environment and reflects the character of the departed person.

– Where is the work mainly done?

– The office is in the town of Smorgon, but we work all across Belarus. We have a flexible approach: depending on the season, the number of employees ranges from 4 to 12 people.

– How do you manage to balance business and family?

– Of course, it can be tough sometimes, but family is my foundation and inspiration. I'm a mother of three wonderful children, and they give me the strength to keep moving forward and make the world a little better through my work. Family is my support system, my backbone, and work is my way of contributing to society by helping people preserve the cherished memory of their loved ones.
