
In Mogilev, another meeting of the public-consultative (expert) council under the Mogilev Customs was held. As part of the meeting agenda, the OCS considered a number of issues, including the acts constituting the law of the Eurasian Economic Union, and the normative legal acts of the Republic of Belarus in the field of customs regulation that have entered (are entering) into force in the second half of 2026; the most common mistakes made when amending the data declared in goods declarations; determination of the customs value of goods; and statistical declaration of goods. Also, the Mogilev branch of the BelTPP outlined the areas of its activities, including in the sphere of providing services to business entities engaged in foreign economic activity. And the head of Mogilev Customs, Yaroslav Kuzin, answered the questions raised during the council meeting. In his explanations, he paid special attention to the introduction by the Russian Federation of a system for confirming the expected arrival of goods when they are imported from the territories of the EAEU member states.
