According to their results, violations of the procedure for receiving payment funds, the procedure for using cash register equipment, as well as facts of attracting employees to his business activity without formalizing labor or civil law contracts were established. For violating the order for receiving payment funds, the employees of the individual entrepreneur were brought to administrative responsibility. The individual entrepreneur was also brought to administrative responsibility for violating the procedure for using cash register equipment and for conducting illegal activities. The total amount of imposed fines, as well as income confiscated by the court illegally received, amounted to 5.1 thousand rubles. Additionally, during the conduct of control measures, the fact of concealing cash revenue from taxation in the amount of 82.9 thousand rubles was established. The payer voluntarily calculated and paid 19.1 thousand rubles in taxes to the budget.

The example of inspection "L" from Bychov city is indicative, during which information contained in citizens' complaints regarding this organization's activities was used. During the inspection, numerous violations of legislation were identified, such as concealing revenue from passenger transport services in cash at a rate of 2.5 million rubles; attracting individuals not employed by the organization to carry out its activities; paying salaries "in envelopes"; non-payment of taxes. In total, based on the results of the inspection "L", taxes and penalties were presented for payment totaling 1.3 million rubles, also the organization and its officials were brought to administrative responsibility - the total amount of imposed fines amounted to 0.3 million rubles.
