An open dialogue with young specialists who arrived in our district this year was held at the Zhlobin City Cultural Center.

The speakers were Sergey Yarets, Chairman of the Zhlobin District Executive Committee; occupational safety engineer of the Zhlobin Electric Networks branch of RUP Gomelenergo; Nikita Kudryavtsev, member of the Youth Council under the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus; and Dar'ya Boykacheva, First Secretary of the District Committee of the BRSSM. Additionally, about ten experts—relevant specialists and representatives of enterprises and institutions of Zhlobinshchina—were invited to participate in the dialogue.

From the very first minutes of the meeting, it was decided to steer toward a constructive dialogue. After all, for the district it is important not only to retain young specialists locally but also to give them the opportunity to prove themselves in other areas. Therefore, every worthwhile idea voiced by young people at such events is noted and worked out.

The importance of today's meeting was emphasized by Sergey Yarets, Chairman of the District Executive Committee. After greeting those present in the hall, the district head noted that a large number of young people live and work in Zhlobinshchina. After all, the city is constantly developing, offering many opportunities for self-realization.

– The task of local authorities and the leadership of labor collectives is to ensure that young people's first steps into independent life are as confident as possible. And the fact that young people, after graduating from educational institutions, return to their homeland, while out-of-town youths subsequently decide to stay in Zhlobinshchina, indicates that the district is carrying out the right work in retaining personnel and creating the necessary conditions for its residents, – Sergey Borisovich emphasized.

During the dialogue, the speakers were asked a number of questions. The range of topics was broad—from public transportation movement to the possibility of obtaining rental housing. By the way, during the meeting, young specialists who had received such apartments this year expressed words of gratitude to the district leadership for caring for employees at the start of their working careers

– First of all, it is necessary to properly allocate one's efforts and distinguish between important tasks and those of lower priority, – advised Sergey Yarets. – Remember: employers always value determination, diligence, and initiative in an employee.

A number of questions were posed to Dar'ya Boykachyova, leader of the Zhlobin youth, and Nikita Kudryavtsev, member of the Youth Council under the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus. The speakers gave detailed answers to each of them.
