In the Veloizavod district, near the Proletarskaya metro station and Antonovsky Park, construction of a new residential quarter has begun. MAPIID has already entered the site within the boundaries of Strelokova, Stanislavsky, Rybalko, and Sudmalis streets. The territory has been completely cleared of old low-rise buildings, and the general contractor has started driving piles for the foundation of the first house.

The building will be 19-story and two-section. Inside, 266 apartments are planned. It is being built based on the popular MAPIID series M111-90.

Parallel to this, the necessary infrastructure is being prepared on the site. Nearby, a pit has already been dug and trial piles have been driven for the second identical building.

The completion of the construction of the first house and its commissioning are planned for July 2028. The customer of the facility is the UKS of the Minsk City Executive Committee.
