In the Miedel District, auction sales of the right to enter into lease agreements for open covered sites on public land have been announced. Business entities and individual entrepreneurs can rent attractive locations in the district center and the resort settlement of Naroch for opening food service points and retail shops, writes narachanka.by.

The auction is organized by the state-owned enterprise “Miedel Housing and Communal Services.” Applications for participation and deposits are accepted until October 8, 2026.

Characteristics of the auctioned lots

Four sites with different intended uses and formats are up for auction:

Lot No. 1 (Miedel, School Street, near house No. 9): a 30‑square‑meter site for a mini‑café without the right to sell alcohol, low‑alcohol drinks, or beer. Legal entities and entrepreneurs provide copies of certificates of state registration, payment orders for the deposit, as well as documents confirming the identity and authority of their representatives. Foreign legal entities attach legalized founding documents with a certificate from the commercial register of their country of origin.

Procedure for concluding contracts and financial obligations

The auction winner or a person deemed equivalent to the winner must conclude a lease agreement within ten business days from the date of the auction.

The amount determined by the auction results for the right to lease is paid within three business days. Within the same period, actual costs for organizing and conducting the auction are reimbursed. Failure to sign the protocol, contract, or make payment is subject to a penalty of 100 basic units.

The auction will take place on 9 October 2026 at 11:00 at the address: 25 International Street, Mdyel City (recording hall).
