Employees of the criminal-executive inspection of the Kirowsky ROVD on September 17 and 18 conducted group educational activities aimed at involving previously convicted unemployed persons in socially useful work. Three people without permanent employment worked at OAO Rassvet named after K.P. Orlovsky. Civil-law contracts were concluded with them and wages were paid. Part of the earned money was transferred to the account of the Mstislavl special boarding school.
