The main task of the school is to prepare a reserve of management personnel for the agro-industrial complex of the region.

In 2026, about 30 people from different districts of the region are taking part in the project, among them three specialists from the Zhlobin district: the chief engineer of the Papоротnoe-Agro branch of BMZ Evgeny Trukhanenok, the chief accountant of OAO Zhlobinsky Agrotekhservis Valeria Timofeeva, and the mechanic of the PUP Rogachevsky MKK-Service (the managing company of the MKK-AGRO holding) Artyom Koretsky.

On September 17, theoretical and practical classes were organized for the school participants in Gomel, and on September 18, a practical seminar is being held in the Zhlobin district. The first stop on the route was the dairy farm Novy Tsупer of the Antonovka-Agro branch of RUP Gomeloblgaz.

The chairman of the district executive committee, Sergey Yaretz, welcomed the seminar participants and introduced them to the program of the event.

The deputy general director for industrial and agricultural production of RUP Gomeloblgaz, Alexander Burvel, told the participants about the technological aspects of milk production, feeding, preservation, and cattle breeding. Issues of labor organization, material and moral incentives for workers in the context of modern legislation were also raised.
