Results of the work of individual enterprises of the Mogilev region industrial complex for January–September 2026 were examined today at a working meeting in Ospichy. The discussion took part the head of the Administration of the Republic of Belarus, Dmitry Krutoy; the chairman of the Mogilev oblyscom, Anatoly Isachenko; heads of industrial enterprises; city and district executive committee leaders; representatives of relevant departments and services.

The focus was on results with which different segments of the region's industry have approached the final quarter of the year. As noted by Dmitry Krutoy, the most stable dynamics over the nine months are preserved by the municipal property enterprises: their growth rate is approximately 108%. Overall, this figure corresponds to the parameters of business plans, execution of which is controlled by the oblyscom. The private industrial sector of Mogilevsk also remains in a positive zone — the total growth rate amounted to 101.7%.

Dmitry Krutoy emphasized that the purpose of the meeting is not only to identify shortfalls but also to objectively examine the causes for each enterprise and determine the solutions that may be required at the level of the government, the Ministry of Finance, and sectoral departments.

— A dynamic below 100% is unacceptable, just as are unmet business plan parameters, which the enterprises themselves defined. Today they will once again try to understand the reasons and develop measures that could be adopted even at the government level, perhaps at the Ministry of Finance, sectoral departments, so as to achieve by the end of the year those commitments that were given at the end of the first quarter and the first half of the year, notes Dmitry Nikolaevich.

One of the questions being considered at the meeting is the load of production capacities and work with sales markets. General Director of JSC "Belshina", Andrey Soykakov, stated that the enterprise is increasing production volumes both compared to the second quarter and in comparison with the previous year. This dynamic should be maintained in the final quarter.

At the same time, the enterprise is expanding its product line. During the year "Belshina" plans to master about 29 new types of sizes, primarily premium light tires. In parallel, products for the needs of enterprises in the system of the Ministry of Industry are being developed, including the Minsk Tractor Plant and other partners.

Separate direction – expanding presence in foreign markets. According to Andrey Soyko, the enterprise continues to actively work with the Russian market, CIS countries, and far abroad.

— In the far abroad this year we have doubled sales volumes, in CIS countries – 1.5 times. We also work on the domestic market. The growth of sales allows us to increase production volumes, noted the general director.
