«€250 for cleaning and accommodation?» Employers didn't understand who should pay whom.

Social media users are laughing at a rental listing in Vilnius. The offered apartment is in dire need of cleaning, and the landlords stated that a potential tenant must have construction skills.

The ground-floor apartment has one room, a separate kitchen and toilet. The building is brick, with stove heating.

“It needs to be tidied up, so we are looking for someone with construction skills. Price — €250 per month,” the owners wrote. Internet users were amused by the condition of the housing.

Some noted that such a place doesn't need renovation — it needs to be blown up and rebuilt. And someone clarified: “Maybe the person meant that the tenant pays €250 a month for living and cleaning?” The owners were shamed and advised to at least take out the trash and unneeded items to the dump.
