In the regional center, an intensive familiarization route was organized for young specialists of city enterprises and organizations, covering key memorial, industrial, sports, and cultural sites.

The program began at Vosstaniya Square with a solemn rally and a flower-laying ceremony, where participants honored the memory of the liberating heroes.

Afterwards, the young specialists went to OAO Spartak – one of the country's largest confectionery enterprises. The newcomers were shown the operation of modern automated lines for producing chocolate, wafers, and candies, and were introduced to the process of strict quality control of raw materials.

During the meeting, participants were told about the brand's rich history, prospects for expanding the product range, and the existing system of social support for youth. A pleasant conclusion to the visit was a tasting of the enterprise's sweet products.

Next, the tour participants went to the Gomel Regional Olympic Reserve Training Center. There, they were shown the modern sports base – swimming pools, tennis courts, and a hall for trampoline jumping. Center representatives gave a detailed account of athlete training, competition organization, and the complex's opportunities for active recreation for city residents.

The program will continue at the City Cultural Center, where participants will engage with interactive platforms and learn about the activities of public organizations and youth groups. The day's finale will be an open dialogue between young specialists and the city leadership.
