A delegation from Georgia — the city of Kutaisi and the Imereti region — arrived in Gomel for the festive celebrations of the Sozhsky Karagod and City Day.

Representatives of the city leadership and the administration of Novobelitsky District met the guests at the symbol of the city of Gomel — the lynx.

The guests sincerely thanked them for the warm welcome in the traditions of Belarusian culture, with bread and salt and a folk song.

The evening program includes exploring the city of Gomel and its historical center.

Tomorrow, the Georgian delegation will visit a number of organizations in Novobelitsky District and hold a meeting with the heads of industrial enterprises.
