On the eve of Machine Builder's Day, the Gomselmash holding, the flagship of Belarusian agricultural engineering with a history spanning 95 years, has traditionally summed up its results to proudly share its achievements and set new benchmarks. Behind every combine harvester rolling off the assembly line is the selfless work of thousands of people, their talent and skill. The reliability of agricultural machinery across the vast fields is the guarantee of the country's food security, the strength of its agrarian potential, and the shared destiny of everyone involved in this iconic Belarusian industry.

"The Miracle Machine" and Other Victories.

For Gomselmash, the year 2026 began with an event that can be called historic without exaggeration. On January 20, at a ceremony presenting the State Quality Mark, President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko awarded one of the symbols to the GS12A1 grain-harvesting combine manufactured by Gomselmash.

"Helped harvest the grain. Thank you! I know this miracle machine," said the Head of State, approaching the display stand.

The President gave the enterprise's team advice for the future: "It's not easy to sell your product now. Make it, even if it's a little less, but high quality. Quality is essential. If a good machine operator works on this equipment, I don't think it's worse than the Western one."

First Deputy General Director Dmitry Afanasyev does not hide his pride: such recognition is the highest appraisal for any enterprise. But here, no one is resting on their laurels. The FS80 forage harvester is already nominated for the same award. Furthermore, the enterprise is once again competing for the title of laureate of the Government Prize for achievements in quality.

Records That Speak for Themselves.

The GOMSELMASH GS2124 grain harvester confirmed its status as a record-breaker: combine operator Pavel Shutilo harvested 8,500 tons of grain. In addition, two records were set for an 8-hour shift: 515.8 tons of wheat at the Kuchitsy OJSC base and 551.47 tons of winter wheat at the Put Novy OJSC base.
