At a meeting with the chairman of the Gomel city administration, Ruslan Parhamovich, in the presence of construction industry enterprises, discussed the prospects for housing construction in Gomel for 2027.

During the constructive dialogue, tasks regarding the timeline for housing delivery — multi-apartment and individual residential construction — were set overall for one year and quarterly.

Ruslan Parhamovich drew attention to the executives on the need for strict compliance with housing construction norms and schedules, including rental housing.

At the meeting, each project was discussed in detail, along with its construction readiness level and actual stages of house construction, financing provisions, and other important issues.

"It is necessary to discuss all questions to eliminate problematic situations in the future," emphasized the mayor of the city.
