At a meeting of the city duma, issues regarding the involvement of unused property in economic circulation and the implementation of measures to reduce super-regulatory construction objects were considered.

It was noted that in 2026, the calendar schedule for involving real estate objects in economic circulation that are owned by the city of Gomel was fulfilled.

At the same time, Ruslan Parhamovich emphasized the need for more systematic work in this area, active interaction with state administrative bodies, and the search for resources to solve problematic issues.

"The main task is to achieve the real use of each object and prevent the property from remaining unused. Order needs to be established in the city on this issue," concluded the mayor.

Special attention was paid by the meeting participants to the implementation of measures to reduce the number of super-regulatory construction objects.
