The enterprise "Red Nail" has for decades provided Gomel with the reputation of one of the most well-maintained and green cities in the country.

Dozens of workers are employed year-round growing flower seedlings, flowers, and saplings and care for plantings.

First deputy director Sergey Bogolubsky noted that "Red Nail" is engaged in urban beautification and landscaping, constantly offering interesting landscape design solutions and plants that then decorate city streets and adjacent areas of enterprises and organizations.

– In spring and autumn we have an influx of demand at our nursery – enterprises, organizations and private individuals choose trees and shrubs for landscaping, perennial flowering seedling, – added Sergei Mikhaylovich. – In greenhouses and in the nursery throughout the year florists and horticulturists work, and the result of the work of the improvement unit is well-maintained flowerbeds and floral compositions on the territory of the city.
