A visit by representatives of the People's Republic of China took place at the enterprise of JSC "Spark" in Gomel, during which guests got acquainted with the work of the confectionery factory and discussed prospects for promoting Belarusian products on the Chinese market.

The Chinese delegation included an international specialist in friendly relations from the Hanlian City Executive Committee, the deputy chairman of the "Vel Huashang" Association of Chinese Entrepreneurs in Belarus, and the chief representative of the Belarusian Confederation of Creative Unions in the PRC, Lu Chujuean, as well as his assistant Zha Liance. The guest was accompanied by interpreter Valenтина Vashilko.

From Gomel, Konstantin Isachenko, deputy chairman of the Gomel City Executive Committee, Olga Kalacheva, head of the economy department of the city administration, and General Director Tatyana Lisicina of JSC "Spark" participated in the meeting.

During the excursion, representatives of the Chinese side became familiar with the activities of one of the leading enterprises of the region producing confectionery products. Special interest for the guests lies in the possibilities for promoting Belarusian goods on the Chinese market.

One of the promising directions of cooperation that both sides consider is opening a specialized store of the enterprise's products on a famous historical-cultural street in the city of Hanlian. Implementation of this initiative will allow introducing Chinese consumers to Belarusian confectionery products and will be an additional step in developing trade-economic ties between the regions of these two
