The corresponding decree has been adopted by the Council of Ministers.

It has been determined that the import of apples from states that are not members of the EAEU shall be carried out on the basis of one‑time licences issued by the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade (MART) in coordination with the Ministry of Agriculture and Food. This procedure will be in effect for six months.

This measure will ensure the saturation of the domestic market with locally produced apples against the backdrop of a high harvest.
