Innovations apply to individual customers of the service.

In Belarus, the rules for registration in the electronic queue at the border have changed. This was reported to Belta by RUP "Beltamozhservice".

"Changes to the public offer for the provision of services for registration in the electronic queue system (EOS) and the procedure for registration in the EOS have come into effect. The innovations apply to individual customers of the service. The main change is the limitation of the contract validity period. Now it will be 30 calendar days from the date of payment," the company said.

Within this period, the service customer must perform one of the following actions: provide the vehicle specified in the payment system when paying, to the waiting area; complete the online registration procedure for the vehicle through the personal account for online registrations in the EOS; or apply to "Beltamozhservice" with a statement to refund the money in the established order before the expiration of the contract.

"A refund application can be submitted within 30 calendar days from the moment of payment for the service. The algorithm for refunding funds is regulated by paragraph 18 of the registration procedure. The updated version of the document comes into force on October 1 and will be posted on the official website," the company explained.

In some cases, the registration service is considered provided and subject to payment, and the funds are not subject to refund to the customer. These include the impossibility of executing the offer (contract) that arose due to the customer's fault, and the expiration of the contract; the customer's refusal of the service after registering the vehicle and the expiration of the contract; cancellation of registration (cancellation of registration) of the vehicle after late entry/exit of the vehicle from the waiting area; late arrival of the vehicle at the border crossing point from the waiting area and the expiration of the contract.
