The second wave of the installed sociological study of television viewing from September 1 to October 30 is being conducted by the Unified National Media Measurement Company JSC “MediaIzmeritel,” reports BELTA.

Interviewers will survey residents of cities and rural localities in Belarus about their television habits. For the first time, the study plans to cover not only urban residents but also the rural population, which will provide a more complete picture of television viewing in the country.

The results of the study will be used to analyze television audiences and to form a television panel.

The company notes that MediaIzmeritel interviewers can be identified by their branded vests. During the survey, they must also carry the appropriate identification.

Participation of residents in the study will allow the collection of data on the population’s television preferences and to use them in further audience measurement.
